Multiple companies have been contacting The Vision Show attendees, exhibitors, and Association for Advancing Automation (A3) members claiming to sell/rent The Vision Show attendee list. A3 does not rent, share, or sell your email or physical address to any third parties. Read the A3 privacy policy.

These companies have no association with A3.

Since their company name and “From” email address frequently change, it makes it difficult for A3 to stop their actions.

HOTELS
The Vision Show does not have a partner for hotel accommodations in 2020. Please ensure when booking accommodations, you are working with the hotels directly using the information found on our website. Hotel information coming soon.

EXHIBITORS
We are working exclusively with Brede as our appointed contractor and Convention Data Services (CDS) for our registration/lead retrieval needs. If you are contacted by any company that is not Brede or CDS, please disregard their services. Some exhibitors have reported that callers have threatened to cancel their booth space if they do not comply. Please be assured that your booth space is safely being held unless you are contacted directly by a staff member of A3.

The Vision Show does not work with any third party to sell advertising or sponsorships. If you are interested in advertising in The Vision Show Show Guide or participating in any other sponsorship opportunity, please contact our Vice President of Sales, James Hamilton, at jhamilton@a3automate.org.
