With its 35 mm format KAI-29052 CCD sensor, fully global electronic shutter, and NIR enhancement, the Lt29059-NIR captures high resolution images with zero blur. The KAI-29052 sensor provides increased NIR sensitivity in the 620nm and 540nm wavelength, high smear rejection (-100 dB), and up to 64 dB linear dynamic range. KD-AX and KD-MX Series

Mitsubishi Electric, SDD Division will be showcasing line scan cameras with Camera Link interface. The KD-AX color and KD-MX monochrome cameras use proven CIS imaging technology. The camera has a rod lens array for low image distortion with integrated LED lighting in a compact easy to install package. The camera can be ordered without LED’s for backlit and custom lighting strategies.

The cameras can acquire 24 bit color images at 58 m/min with 600dpi resolution, and 116 m/min at the 300dpi setting. Monochrome images can be acquired at 110 m/min at 600 dpi and 220 m/min at 300 dpi. Both models can operate at lesser dpi for faster acquisition speeds.

Cameras can be ordered with widths of 309mm, 617mm, or 926mm. This space saving design is ideal for print inspection, glass inspection, printed circuit boards and web-based processes.

KD-CX Series

KD-CX Series

Mitsubishi Electric, SDD Division will be showcasing line scan cameras using proven CIS imaging technology, and with the CoaXPress interface. The KD-CX camera has a rod lens array for low image distortion with integrated LED lighting in a compact easy to install package. The camera can be ordered without LED’s for backlit and custom lighting strategies. The KD-CX camera can acquire color or monochrome images at 140 m/min at 600dpi resolution, and 488 m/min at 300 dpi. The user can also select 200 dpi or 150 dpi for faster image acquisition.

Available camera widths are 367, 587, 807 and 1064mm. Options up to 1688mm will be available late 2018. This space saving design is ideal for print inspection, glass inspection, printed circuit boards and web-based processes.

Using proven CIS imaging technology, this camera will have a 104mm imaging width with 600dpi resolution (2457 valid pixels), 8 bit monochrome. The camera has built-in red LED lighting, and is GigE Vision compliant.

This camera can be integrated with a variety of industrial printers commonly used for ondemand printing, such as manufacturing and pharmaceutical labels.
