SICK
Mattias Johannesson holds the title 'Expert, 3D Vision' within the research and development of the German sensor company SICK. He has over 25 years of experience with 3D camera development, with the first laser triangulation product in the Ranger family released by IVP in 1993. The 3D camera development was a major part of his Ph.D. from Linköping University 1995 and he has more than 5 patents in the machine vision field. He has worked since 1998 at IVP/SICK in Sweden and the USA, and is currently at the Competence Center for Machine Vision at SICK-IVP in Linköping Sweden.
